The client was building a first-of-its-kind AI platform to automate software maintenance at scale — a problem costing engineering teams thousands of hours annually. They had a bold product vision spanning individual developers to enterprise teams, but needed experienced engineering partners to architect and ship a production-grade platform fast without cutting corners on scalability or code quality.
We embedded directly within the founding engineering team, helping architect and build core platform components from the ground up. We designed a modular, scalable system that could serve solo developers with out-of-the-box foundations, growing teams through progressive feature unlocks, and enterprises with automated quality enforcement — all from a single codebase.
We also implemented CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and robust testing frameworks to ensure the platform could practice what it preached: low-maintenance, high-reliability software.
The platform shipped ahead of schedule with an architecture built to scale across three distinct user tiers. Engineering maintenance burden dropped significantly, freeing the client's team to focus on product innovation instead of operational firefighting. The foundation we built positioned the company for its next phase of growth and enterprise adoption.
