We built a full-stack digital platform — backend API, web dashboard, and mobile app — to replace the entire manual workflow. Drivers scan kegs using OCR-powered camera recognition in the field. Every dispatch, collection, and return is recorded in an immutable ledger with full chain of custody. Managers approve market returns through a digital workflow and monitor real-time KPIs across nine specialized reports.
